Digital Products Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file, course, printable, infographic, worksheet, or download link has been accessed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
However, if you experience an issue with your purchase, such as a corrupted file, missing download link, incorrect product, or access problem, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve it.
Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
✔ Accidental purchases
✔ Change of mind
✔ Duplicate purchases made by mistake
✔ Lack of compatibility with your device, software, printer, or apps
✔ Failure to read the product description before purchasing
✔ Inability to use, edit, print, or download the file unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us
✔ Products that have already been successfully accessed, downloaded, or used
If you believe you have a valid refund request due to an error on our part, please email us with your order number and details of the issue. We will review your request and do our best to provide a replacement file, corrected download link, technical support, or, where appropriate, a refund.
File Delivery & Access
Our products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive access to your digital files or download links.
If you do not receive your download link shortly after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order number and we will help you access your purchase.
Important Notes
No physical product will be shipped.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printer, and paper type.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software, apps, devices, internet access, and printer settings before purchasing.
